Six Months

Well, Annabelle is now a little over six months old. She and I journeyed to the doctor on Thursday for her checkup and were delighted to hear from the doctor that she is a healthy child. She weighed in at a whopping 12 pounds, 6.5 ounces, and measured at 26 inches long. Basically those numbers indicate that she is a long and lean child--definitely on the light end of the weight spectrum but very long for the weight she is.
She is rolling over like crazy these days and grabbing in amazement anything she can get her hands on (including Dugg). Daniel and I continue to enjoy watching her discover the world in which she lives. She has attached to "mommy" and often is not as content with other people. But she loves her "daddy" too and gives him a big, excited smile when he gets home from work each day. Life is good in the Brink household!
